CLUNES JUNIOR CRICKET CLUB NEWS

The 2015/16 Cricket season is almost upon us. CJCC invites all Boys and Girls from the Northern Villages, aged 6-16 years, to come along and play cricket this summer. The club expects to have teams in the under 12’s, 13’s, 15’s and 17’s competitions in the Lismore & Districts Junior Cricket competition. Also for the littlies wishing to begin their cricketing careers, mid-week MILO in2cricket and T20 Blast programs will be available.  To receive a registration form or for any further enquiries, please email ClunesJuniorCC@outlook.com.au .

The LDJCA 2015/16 cricket season starts with the Under 17’s on Friday 9th October. The under 15’s begin the next morning Saturday 10th October with under 12’s and 13’s starting their first game the following Saturday morning 17th October. The in2cricket and T20 blast programs are running a come and try evening on Wednesday 14th October.

The club looks forward to welcoming new and previous CJCC players. Please register as soon as possible so the club can nominate sides for season 2015/16.

Clunes Junior Cricket Club is also searching for coaches to help our kids develop their cricket and ensure they have a fun cricketing experience. If anyone is interested in a coaching role please contact the committee directly or via email at ClunesJuniorCC@outlook.com.au.

In other news, the CJCC Annual General Meeting was held on the 25th August. Congratulations to the elected executive committee:

Many thanks to this hard working group. Their dedication ensures Clunes Junior Cricket Club will remain one of the strongest Junior Cricket Clubs in the LDJCA competition.
